The design aesthetic for this Jubal 5 was inspired by an M3 BMW, with its flat grey gloss finish and matte black accents.

This particular bass is an R&D (Research and Development) model, which means that some things were tried on this bass that had not been tried before. There are minor blemishes (detailed in the pictures) that won't allow me to present this bass at full retail, but it is just too killing not to let it find a home. These blemishes are not noticeable to anyone aside from the player. Don't wait, jump on this bass while it's still available.

JClef's preference is to hand deliver each bass whenever possible. This is due mainly to a strong desire to provide the buyer with a playable bass immediately. Oftentimes when a bass is shipped, the changing climates can potentially throw the setup out of whack. That means the bass needs an additional setup, possibly even needing to be taken to a technician.
When possible, this cost would cover travel to make the hand delivery. Otherwise, the cost would cover very rigid and secure shipping.
An additional option is In-Person Pick up. JClef is located in Long Island, NY. So if you're in the area, or can find your way to make it there, we can meet and hand the bass directly to you.
